Falter’s original recipe Bratwurst is the product of a sausage making tradition dating back to 1890, when Herman Falter first founded the Herman Falter Packing Co. after immigrating from Germany to put down roots right here in Columbus, Ohio. Falter’s Brats are what happens when time-honored German sausage making tradition is passed down for five generations.
