Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a Black Angus, USDA Choice beef tenderloin, trimmed and trussed by our masterful butchers! Ready to season and cook to perfection.

Full Tenderloin:

Whole Roast: 1 full beef tenderloin, approximately 4.5-6 pounds., trimmed and tied.

Cut Steaks: Approximately 8-10 Filet steaks, 6-8oz each. Packed 2 steaks per pack.

1/2 & 1/2: One center-cut Chateaubriand roast, approx. 2.5-3 pounds, and 4-6 Filet steaks.

1/2 Tenderloin:

Whole Roast: 1/2 beef tenderloin, approximately 2.5-3 pounds, trimmed and tied.

Cut Steaks: Approximately 4-6 Filet steaks, 6-8oz each. Packed 2 steaks per pack.
